Quick Summary

Karl is the former CEO of a leading packaging and web converting company. He founded and was the first President of Executive Limousines Indianapolis, LLC, a niche transportation business that continues to serve Central Indiana residents, organizations, and visitors. He is also the founder of Profit in Harmony® and RULE®. Karl has more than 30 years experience with a spirit that is excited about helping others.

Karl is a Licensed and Certified Hypnotist by the State of Indiana, one of only 27 people who hold an active license in the State and one of only 60 active license holders in the US.

He is an Accredited Senior Executive Associate of the Institute for Independent Business and founded Zimmer Advisory Group to better serve business owners and leaders.

Karl currently serves on the Board of Directors of The Villages and is interim President of Joyful Living (see Favorite Charities). Karl also serves on the Advisory Board of the Indiana Center for Intercultural Communication at IUPUI.

The Very Early Years

Karl was born in Queens, New York and moved to Denmark before he was three. When Karl was four, he and his family moved to the Netherlands, where they lived until Karl was nearly ten years old, at which time they moved back to New York. After just one year in New York, the family moved to Indianapolis, Indiana, where Karl stayed until he graduated from high school.

Karl moved to Tacoma, Washington, where he attended the University of Puget Sound. His studies then took him to Albuquerque, New Mexico, and back to Indianapolis. Karl is member of Class XXX of the Wabash Executive Program at Wabash College in Crawfordsville, Indiana. Karl is a certified member of the National Guild of Hypnotists and is a Reiki Master. He is also a certified mediator in Public Policy.
